Returns & Exchange Policy

 

Returns*

Refunds are available for all full-priced clothes items. All accessory items (bags, clutches etc.) and sale items are strictly final. Any returns made to us will be sent back at your expense, via registered post or courier only. Tracking numbers must be provided and any lost mail will be your responsibility. Please note that we will only issue the refund of store credits upon receiving the package. 

Items must be post stamped within 15 days of receiving your order (Singapore orders) or within 30 days for international orders and any received thereafter may be denied. Refund will be made via store credits only. We currently do not provide for cash or credit card refunds.

Store credit has no expiry date. The highest possible amount of store credit will be redeemed against your purchase at checkout. Any balance will remain in your account. Store credits are non-exchangeable for cash


Exchanges* 

We allow exchanges for unworn items (excluding accessories) within 30 days of receiving your order.

Singapore customers: We offer a one-time size exchange for full priced items. Should you require an exchange, please drop us an email at hello@fiigjournal.co stating your requested size, and we will give you instructions on the mailing address. You may then send the item to us by registered post (postage to be borne by you). We will send the new size via normal mail (postage borne by us) only upon receiving the tracking number for the return package. Top-up for postage is required if you want to upgrade to registered/courier mail. 

International customers: We are sorry but we do not provide size exchanges for international customers! We provide detailed measurements for our products, therefore we encourage you to read our sizing chart before placing orders to ensure optimal fit :) 

*Please note:

  • Items are to be in original condition, with tags, packaging and dust bag intact. Any items sent to us without the aforementioned, or after the stipulated period will not be entertained, and sent back to you at your expense! 
  •  Sale Items or items bought during promotional periods and/or using discount codes are strictly not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the Return/Exchange. We would highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we are not liable for any lost mails.
  • Processing time is usually 1 - 2 weeks. 

To start a Return/Exchange, please email us at hello@fiigjournal.co with the following: 

  1. Email address used to place the order.
  2. Whether you would like a Refund to store credit or Exchange. 
  3. Order Number.
  4. Reason for the return (too big, too small, too short, too long, etc.)
  5. Colour and size of the replacement pair (if exchange is desired.)

Defective Items


We apologize for the lapse and will look to set things right. If you are looking to return a defective item or received an incorrect item, please email us at hello@fiigjournal.co. 

For returns on defective products: 
In your email please do provide us with

  1. Your order number.
  2. Clear pictures and description of the issue in your email so we can get this sorted for you.
  3. Mail item back to us via registered post and we will send you a brand new piece upon receiving the tracking code. We will reimburse your postage cost for the return.
  4. If the item is out of stock we will refund you fully in cash via your payment method.


For incorrect items sent to you: 
In your email please do provide us with

  1. Your order number.
  2. The product name, size and color details of the wrong item received so we can get this sorted for you.
  3. Mail item back to us via registered post and we will send you the correct item once we receive the tracking number. We will reimburse your postage cost for the return.
  4. Please note that the incorrect item should be in their original condition; attached with original tag, packaging, dust bag unworn, unwashed, unaltered.
