Returns

 

Not satisfied with your order? No worries, you have up to 15 days to return your item(s) in their original condition. You will be responsible for the return costs. We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking. Tracking numbers must be provided and any lost mail will be your responsibility. 

Items must be post stamped within 15 days of receiving your order (Singapore orders) or within 30 days for international orders and any received thereafter will be denied. Refund will be made via store credits only. We currently do not provide for cash or credit card refunds.

Store credit has no expiry date. The highest possible amount of store credit will be redeemed against your purchase at checkout. Any balance will remain in your account. Store credits are non-exchangeable for cash. 

 

Conditions:

  • Clothing items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached;
  • Beauty products must be intact, unused and in its original packaging.
  • Any items sent to us without the aforementioned, or after the stipulated period will not be entertained, and sent back to you at your expense!
  • Sale Items or items bought during promotional periods and/or using discount codes are strictly not eligible for return or refund
  • Processing time is usually 1 - 2 weeks. 
 


Exchanges (for Singapore orders only) 

 

We allow exchanges for unworn and unwashed clothing within 30 days of receiving your order. Beauty products are not eligible for exchange. 

 

Singapore customers:

We offer a one-time complimentary size exchange for full priced items. Should you require an exchange, please drop us an email at hello@fiigjournal.co stating your requested size, and we will give you instructions on the mailing address. 

 

International customers: 

We are sorry but we do not provide size exchanges for international customers! We provide detailed measurements for our products, therefore we encourage you to read our sizing chart before placing orders to ensure optimal fit :) 

 

Condition: 

  • Items are to be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Any items sent to us without the aforementioned, or after the stipulated period will not be entertained, and sent back to you at your expense!
  • All beauty products are not eligible for exchange.

To start a Return/Exchange, please email us at hello@fiigjournal.co with the following: 

  1. Email address used to place the order.
  2. Whether you would like a Refund to store credit or Exchange. 
  3. Order Number.
  4. Reason for the return (too big, too small, too short, too long, etc.)
  5. Colour and size of the replacement pair (if exchange is desired.)
 

Defective and/or Incorrect Products 

 

We apologise for the lapse and will look to set things right. If you are looking to return a defective and/or incorrect product, please email us at hello@fiigjournal.co and provide us with the following: 

  1. Your order number; and 
  2. Clear pictures and description of the issue in your email so we can get this sorted for you. 

We will send you our mailing instructions and provide complimentary tracked shipping for all rectifications. if the product is out of stock, we will refund you fully in cash via your payment method.
